TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP APPLICATION NO. 98-06 - VELLA ESTATES NO. 6. Request to create 50 single-family residential lots zoned PD (1 76). The site is located within the Salida Mello-Roos Planned Development Project boundary at the northeast corner of Toomes and Maximillian, west Salida area. A similar tentative map was approved in April 1990, however it has since expired, thereby requiring this request. The property is further identified as Assessor Parcel No. 012-65-21.

The Planning Commission will also consider approval of a Negative Declaration for this item.

If you challenge the above item in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission, at or prior to, the public hearing.

Materials submitted to the Commission for consideration (i.e., photos, slides, petitions, letters, etc.) will be retained by the County and cannot be returned.
